As Associate of Celestial Fund I, LLC, Justin Ruano supports the firm’s origination platform under CEO Eugene Rutenberg. Justin works across the full lifecycle of a transaction; from deal analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling to preparing lender decks thru transaction closing.

 

Prior to joining Celestial Fund, Justin gained experience in commercial credit at City National Bank of Florida, supporting credit risk analysis for commercial real estate lending. He also worked in capital markets at Resia, one of the largest multifamily developers in the country, completing underwriting, market analysis, debt and equity structuring for institutional multifamily transactions.

 

Justin has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, emphasis in Finance & Economics, from the Florida International University.
