After graduating from medical school, Charles started to invest in multifamily apartments achieving outsized returns and gaining an investor database. Later Charles formed his own Real Estate Investment company, Starka Properties Inc. After several years of hard work of turning vision into reality; Charles and his company had amassed a commercial real estate portfolio stretching from coast to coast with properties located in California, Florida, and North Carolina. Since 2020, Charles has syndicated over $75+ million dollars for the acquisition of commercial real estate assets and through his affiliate company; Starka Property Management, has successfully managed over 1,900 multifamily apartment units. Through his personal advisors, contractors, in-house team; Charles has the logistics and blueprint to execute any investment thesis to consistently achieve its desired goals.

Charles has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Semmelweis University. When not deal making he enjoys playing golf, yachting, and spending time with his Family.
